Inspired by Indian cuisine , the Ancho Masala Scorpion Reaper Hot Sauce brings not only spicy heat but also a balanced mix of exotic and familiar flavors to the table. The basis is the classic Indian garam masala seasoning mixture with cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, pepper and cumin, as you may already know from curries and tandoori tofu dishes.
