SCOPE OF APPLICATION
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all deliveries from madevegan.
A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for a purpose that cannot be attributed primarily to their commercial or independent professional activity.

The presentation of the products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to order. Errors excepted.
By clicking on the "Pay now" button, you place a binding order for the goods listed on the order list. The purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending you an order confirmation by e-mail immediately after receiving your order.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FOR CONSUMERS
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods. of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, telephone call or e-mail). To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
You can use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
CONSEQUENCES OF WITHDRAWAL
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earliest. You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case within fourteen days at the latest from the day on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You shall only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their condition, properties and functionality.
EXCLUSION OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Unless the parties have agreed otherwise, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts: Contracts for the supply of goods which are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer, contracts for the supply of goods which can spoil quickly or whose expiry date would be quickly exceeded, contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery, contracts for the supply of goods, if they have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery due to their nature, contracts for the supply of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon conclusion of the contract, but which can be delivered at the earliest 30 days after conclusion of the contract and whose current value depends on fluctuations in the market over which the entrepreneur has no influence, contracts for the supply of sound or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal has been removed after delivery, contracts for the supply of newspapers, periodicals or magazines with the exception of subscription contracts.

madevegan ships your order with DHL and charges a flat-rate shipping fee. You can also benefit from our low free shipping limit*. You can find both information (depending on the country) in the table below. If we deliver your order in several parts for technical reasons, we will only charge the shipping costs once.
*The free shipping limit does not apply to DHL Express.
CLIMATE NEUTRAL WITH DHL GOGREEN
Together we can make a positive contribution to our environment. For this reason, we are now part of the DHL GoGreen environmental protection programme and make an active contribution to climate protection through climate-neutral shipping. The additional costs charged by DHL for climate-neutral shipping are of course borne by us!

*VAT-free, the responsible customs office will then charge you the VAT and customs duties of the respective country of delivery upon delivery.
If the ordered product is not available because we are not supplied with this product by our suppliers through no fault of our own, we can withdraw from the contract. In this case, we will inform you immediately and, if necessary, suggest the delivery of a comparable product. If no comparable product is available or if you do not wish to receive a comparable product, we will reimburse you immediately for any payments already made.
PAYMENT
Payment can be made by prepayment, credit card, instant bank transfer or PayPal. If you choose to pay in advance, we will provide you with our bank details in the order confirmation and deliver the goods after receipt of payment.
RETENTION OF TITLE
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
LAW FOR THE PROTECTION OF YOUTH
In accordance with the German Youth Protection Act, we only supply products containing alcohol to persons over the age of 18. We reserve the right to carry out a respective check. By ordering products containing alcohol on the basis of our GTC, you declare that you are of legal age and have full legal capacity. By submitting the order, you confirm that you are over 18 years of age and that all age, name and address details are correct. As a customer, you are obliged to ensure that only you or a person of legal age authorized by you can accept the delivery of goods. If persons who are not of legal age place orders under false pretenses and/or without the authorization of their legal guardian or representative, madevegan hereby revokes these contracts as a precautionary measure in accordance with § 111 BGB.
WARRANTY
We are liable for material defects in accordance with the statutory provisions.
CHOICE OF LAW
The contracting parties agree that their contractual relationship shall be governed by German law.
